Your Thoughts Are Influencing Your Results In Life

Welcome to the video series that’s all about climbing the ladder of vibration, and manifesting the life of your dreams. I’m Stephanie Mulac, and today we’re going to talk about getting out of your head.

Now, what do I mean by this? You hear so often people say, “You need to step through a situation “and get out of your head.” Well basically, what it’s referring to is move forward and away from the negative self talk that’s going on in your head, or anything in your head that is keeping you from getting to where you want to be on a particular subject, or a particular topic. Because so often, where we fail is not in the execution, it’s in the voices inside our head that are telling us that we can’t do something. The tapes we are replaying from childhood that are telling us that something is impossible, or something is not able to be achieved, because of a short coming that we have.

And all of that negative programming is what is keeping you from achieving your goal, or manifesting what it is you’re setting out to manifest. So, the first place we want to stop when we are running into a challenge with something, is we want to stop and think about what’s going on inside. Not the actions, not the failure to execute a plan, not the strategy, all of these things in many instances are very, very sound. Where we run into problems nine times out of 10 is right here.

And that’s what I want you to do is I want you to practice getting out of your head and into action, so that you don’t have anything holding you back from manifesting the life of your dreams.
