What Signals Are We Sending To The Universe?

Welcome to the video series that’s all about climbing the ladder of vibration and manifesting the life of your dreams. I’m Stephanie Mulac, and today we’re going to be talking about sending mixed signals to the universe.

So here’s how this happens. We are putting something out to the universe such as maybe perhaps going on a diet and wanting to lose weight. And we set a goal, and we set about some type of a program or a plan, and we put all of this out to the universe in a very positive, proactive way. We’ve created a system or a strategy, and we set it up so that we know exactly what it is that we want to do.

We get started, we get through day one really good. Day two may be a little bit difficult, but we remain firm. And then day three, we wake up in the morning, and we decide that we’re going to go out and we’re going to have a luscious Starbucks coffee with a bunch of cream, and a bunch of caramel, and a bunch of sprinkles on it. Or perhaps we stop in to Starbucks to have a black cup of coffee, but you eye that Danish or pastry in the case, and all of a sudden, you rationalize some reason why you did really good for day one and day two, and this little slip-up is going to be okay. You’ll get back to it around lunchtime, and there you have it.

Now what has the universe surmised by that? Because you set this goal, you put it out there, you put out what it is that you want.

And it doesn’t have to be this example. It could be if you were trying to attract wealth or abundance, and instead of savings, you went and you blew it on something frivolous that you really didn’t need it, but you spent more time and guilt around spending the money than you did even enjoying what it is that you purchased. What is the universe gathering from those types of messages and the mixed signals that you’re sending it? That’s exactly why people run into problems with their manifesting. And it creates problems around what it is that they’re seeking, when you’ve got all of these mixed signals going on, and you don’t have a clear goal that you stick to.

And you have that plan that you’ve put into place, but you let it go out the window in a moment’s notice, because you can find some reason to undermine yourself or rationalize away why a particular action is okay and won’t change the ultimate outcome. Now I’m not talking about a legitimate slip or something that you’re trying really hard but you run into a problem.

Those things are okay. Those are still based on you trying your best and trying your hardest. What I’m trying to help you avoid is situations where you rationalize away something that you know in your heart of hearts is just simply a rationalization and not something that’s in line with the goals that you’re seeking. So the next time you find yourself in this situation, think about these things, and see if you can’t shift into a different mindset and overcome it.
