What If Multitasking Is Not The Best Way To Reach Your Goal?

Welcome to the video series that’s all about climbing the ladder of vibration and manifesting the life of your dreams. I’m Stephanie Mulac, and today, we are talking about tackling one thing at a time.

So what do I mean by this? Well, in our society, we have taken multitasking to such great heights, that it is not uncommon that we are doing two and three and four things at at time. But one of the problems with that is that when you are so scattered and juggling many different balls, you’re not really concentrating on one.

And if you feel at times as if you’re not happy with the outcome or the results of things that you’re working on, a lot of times, that it may be that you’re not giving 100% attention to any one thing. So, you might be doing everything in 75 or 80%, so what’s going to happen? You’re gonna get 75 to 80% of the results of what you’re working on, at that particular moment. And if you’re doing this with multiple things and then all of a sudden, say, at the end of the day, you look back on everything and you’ve gotten a lot done, but it may not be of the quality that you prefer or what you desire the outcomes to be.

So, what I suggest to you is to cut back on the multitasking and focus on doing one thing at a time. And there’s two things that are going to happen here. Number one, you’re gonna actually get more done because when you’re 100% focused on one thing, and then you move on to the next thing and then you move on to the next thing, you’ve gotten 100% done of three different things. And you’ve done it so much faster, than if you had tried to do a little portion of each one of those things, got distracted, got scattered, and then had a diluted result in the end.

So, try focusing on doing one thing at a time and giving it your all and your full attention as best as possible, without blocking out everything in life, because sometimes that’s just not a possibility, I understand that. However try to focus on doing one thing at a time and then moving on to the next and not trying to juggle all of those balls and doing everything simultaneously.
