The Thoughts You Go To Bed With Are Determining Your Tomorrow

Welcome to the video series that’s all about climbing the ladder of vibration and manifesting the life of your dreams. I’m Stephanie Mulac and today, we are talking about the last thing that you should do every night before you go to bed.

Now, that could be so many different things but when I was a young girl, my uncle told me that any time you wanted to memorize something, that you should read it over two or three or four times before you went to bed. And in the morning, you would have memorized that or be very, very close to having memorized it and it would be a part of you. And darn if it didn’t work. I mean, I used that throughout grade school, and high school, and even well into college, as a technique when I had things that I wanted to memorize. But here’s the thing.

There’s more to this than just memorizing something related to schoolwork. The last thing that you do before you go to bed is what is in your subconscious throughout the night as you’re sleeping. And as a result of that, if you’re laying there and you’re tossing and turning and thinking about your bills and the promotion and the car not working and the things that you don’t have, and everything that you want. All of these things are what’s going to play a tape in your head, whether you realize it or not, throughout the course of the night.

So if the last thing that you do instead is to think about something that you are grateful for, to think about something that you are proud of having accomplished, to think about something that happened during the day that made you very happy or made you excited or gave you hope or things that you want to accomplish, whether or not they are in process. If you envision and visualize that they are a part of your life already, all of these positive-minded things, if that’s the tape that you play before you go to sleep, it’s what’s going to continue running all night while you’re sleeping. And by the time you wake up in the morning, you’re going to be on an energy high because your subconscious has played positive messages that carried through from when you went to sleep the night before.
