Welcome to the video series that’s all about climbing the ladder of vibration and manifesting the life of your dreams. I’m Stephanie Mulac and today, we are talking about shifting your vibration through self-care.
Now, this is a really big thing that so many of us overlook but it is really at the heart of a lot of problems people have when they go through day by day in very low vibrational state and they’re trying to move themselves out of that vibrational state and they think they’re doing all the steps in order to make that happen but it’s not working. But in so many instances, what happens is that we always put ourselves last, don’t we? Especially if we’re moms, wives. It just happens that everybody else on the list takes priority in our life and in our world and we always forget about taking care of ourselves.
So too often, as nurturers, we forget to nurture our very being and do physical things that are going to actually shift our own vibration and move us out of a negative low-energy state to a higher level of vibration to a level two and even ultimately, to a level three where we’re vibrating very high on the ladder of vibration and just having so much success in manifesting our dreams.
So one of the first things that you want to do, as is so often the case, is you want to acknowledge that it’s happening and you want to come face to face with the fact that taking care of yourself is going to allow you to be much more effective, for not only reaching your own goals but for being effective in caring for all of the people and all of the things around you that you are tasked with doing on a daily basis. So some of these things may be as simple as making time every morning. Instead of rushing out the door with your cup of coffee, take five minutes to meditate or take five minutes to read a short chapter in a book.
You don’t have to set aside two or three hours to sit and read a book every single day. Get a book of short quotes or get something that you can digest in bite-sized pieces and just take five minutes. I guarantee you, you are not going to throw off your whole world and your whole sleeping schedule if you get up five minutes earlier and make time to do this. In fact, doing this and making time to do something like this on the backend, is going to make you so much more productive, accomplish so many more things and so much more effective in your manifesting and that’s only one example of something that would take five minutes. It could be lighting a candle and indulging in aromatherapy. It could be drawing or doing something that you did that was creative as a child that, you know darn right well you loved doing but when was the last time that you did it?
Give yourself that, take that opportunity to do that thing you love to do as a child. It might be painting, it might be artwork of some type, it could be going to a museum and looking at the art if you’re not particularly creative. But just something that’s giving you an opportunity to get in touch with what it is that makes you happy inside.
It’s that self-care that we always forget but that is so ultimately important that it’s going to give you that extra boost and shift you through the vibrational ladder until you get to vibrating at that high level three that is making all the difference in the world.
