Welcome to the video series that’s all about climbing the ladder of vibration and manifesting the life of your dreams. I’m Stephanie Mulac and today, we are going to talk about some very simple steps to reduce and eliminate your negative energy and things that you can do to take yourself from a level one to a two to a three.
Now, this isn’t about any particular negative state that you’re in. What I want to talk to you about is just in general the things that you need to have in your back pocket for any type of circumstance that comes along that is going to keep you in a very low vibrating state. When, in fact, what you want to do, is you want to shift and move through that to a very high state of vibration and a high state of energy.
So what you want to do first of all is be very aware of what’s going on and identify the fact that there is negativity that has been injected into your circumstance or your environment. And that awareness is going to help you to identify the fact that you are indeed, at a level one at that point. Now, the next thing that you want to do is step two, to move yourself from a level one to a level two is acknowledge something that is the opposite of why you are feeling negative. So it could be that if you have frustration about somebody in the middle of a store, just simply acknowledge it. This person just did something and it frustrated me. So I’m going to stop and I’m going to look at this from a different perspective. Just doing that alone is going to take you from a level one to a level two.
Now, in order to move yourself from a level two to a level three, we have to take a little bit more action. We have to interact with the situation or become very motivated to do something that’s going to shift us away from that. So with our situation of the grocery store or it could be something at work or it could be something at home with a spouse or with children, we’ve assessed it, we’ve realized it’s happening, we have identified something small that is going to allow us to just simply take a step back from the situation. Now we are going to take the third step and do some type of action or activity that is going to be totally counter to whatever that situation is. So it could be that you remove yourself from the situation. It could be that you do something to laugh at the situation, it could be that you do something to pamper yourself. It could be that you sit down and you write and journal something or light candles or go take a bath.
Any of those types of things are going to have the effect of moving you from a level two to a level three. So no matter what the circumstance of the negativity is, doing these steps are going to shift you quickly from a level one to a two to a three. And you’re going to see a whole different change and outlook on life.
