Welcome to the video series that’s all about climbing the ladder of vibration and manifesting the life of your dreams. I’m Stephanie Mulac and today, we are going to talk about doing something nice for others as a means of shifting our vibration and climbing the ladder of vibration from level one to two to three.
So what do I mean by doing something nice for others and why is this so important? Well, oftentimes what happens is that you may be just having a bad day. You may be going through your day and everything you touched crumbles and you’re just getting into a state that is resonating on this level one because everything seems to be going wrong for no particular reason. It could be little things, it could be something medium sized or maybe even something big and you just say: you know what? I am having a rotten day.
Well, here’s what you can do to shift that and shift out of that situation. And that is take a look around you and think about doing something small for someone just to put a smile on their face. So rather than focusing on the things in your life that are not going right, just simply stop, and find someone in close proximity and tell them how nice their hair looks. Tell them that you love the shirt that they’re wearing, or something along those lines and just watch the smile and watch how it lights up their day. That very thing right there will shift you from this level one to level two.
Now, once you’re there and in that state, think about something that you can do that is really going to bring a smile to someone and something that you can do that is so nice that it’s going to have a lasting effect.
I had a situation like this recently and I literally, I was like having a so-so day but I just really wasn’t in the mood to be trudging through my day and I just really wanted to uplift myself so I sent an email to a vendor, and actually a programmer, who has a software program that I use that I absolutely love. I mean, literally, I could not run a portion of my business without this piece of software. But not necessarily would I have that much of an opportunity to interact with the developer. But this particular day, I’m thinking: you know? I love this thing so much, I am going to write an email and I’m going to tell him how much I appreciate him, I appreciate the changes that he makes in it. I appreciate his fast turnaround and technical support. I appreciate how hard he works on this to make improvements that every time I go in, there’s something new that he’s developed that makes me using this piece of software even easier.
So I wrote this really nice email and I said: you know, I know people probably don’t stop and tell you this very frequently, even if they’re happy with your program but I just wanted to take a moment out of my day and tell you how wonderful you are and I went on. I wrote the email and probably a couple of hours later, I get this email back. And this man was just all beside himself appreciative and went on and on about how much it meant to him to get something like this. Because from a technical support standpoint, all he ever hears is people who have problems and he says you don’t know what a difference you made in my day by taking your time to do this and share this with you and I can’t thank you enough. Now, what do you think that did to my vibration? Level two to level three. It came full circle.
