Raise Your Standards And Stop Tolerating Problems

Welcome to the video series that’s all about climbing the ladder of vibration and manifesting the life of your dreams. I’m Stephanie Mulac and today we are going to talk about what are you tolerating.

Yes, tolerances, this is something that really trips up a lot of us, and the first that I want you to do is I want you to pull out a sheet of paper when you’re done watching this video and I want you to start making a list of tolerances. And I don’t just mean two or three things, I wanna know, I want you to really dig deep in the things that you are tolerating.

And the things that I’m talking about aren’t necessarily, I’m tolerating a bad situation at work, although that’s certainly one of them. Or, I’m tolerating problems where I live or where I work or things like that. I’m talking about even the most minor things that you tolerate, but that you could change and really eliminate that toleration from your life. It could be that you’ve been meaning to get your car washed, it could be you’ve got a desk drawer that’s a mess, it could be that you’ve been meaning to go through a stack of papers. It could be that you’ve been struggling with, as funny as it sounds, a spatula that is in your kitchen drawer that all wobbly and about ready to break and all you would have to do is remember the next time you go to the store to pick up another one. Or, you’re tolerating long hair that you keep meaning to make an appointment and go get it cut, but you never take enough time out of the day to take care of yourself. So it’s all of these little things as well as big things.

I want you to fill up a page of what those things are that you have been tolerating and then I want you to take five a week and remove them. Be ready to cross them off through your list, because when you look at this massive list of things that you routinely have just gotten so used to tolerating because you’re busy, and you realize: “You know what?”. if I just took five minutes out of my day to clean off that stack on my desk, or if just put it on my shopping list that I’m gonna go buy that spatula the next time that I’m out shopping. And I’m gonna be so happy, not only once I get it and I use it, but when I take that old one and I have that feeling of excitement when I chuck it in the garbage can.

These tolerances, all of a sudden, when you’re able to start crossing them off the list it takes so much of a weight off of your shoulders. And even when they’re small things, they accumulate, they add up and a lot of times they just really bog you down. And you’ll find that when you start doing this, your energy shifts when you’re in the kitchen, your energy shifts when you’re sitting at your desk, your energy shifts when you’re getting ready for work in the morning and you’re looking at your hair yet again and going: “Oh God I need to do this, I need to go make an appointment”. Just do it. And I want you to do that with everything on your list. And then let me know the first five things that you’re going to do in the comments below.
