Life Begins At The End Of Your Comfort Zone

Welcome to the video series that’s all about climbing the ladder of vibration and manifesting the life of your dreams. I’m Stephanie Mulac and today we are going to talk about trying new things. Yes, this is an exciting one but also sometimes it can be a scary one because oftentimes, we get in a rut. And it can be a rut in our personal life, in our business life. It could be, you know, even things that have to do with our sports activities or how we keep in shape or anything along those lines. So, what I’m going to challenge you today is to stop and think about ways that you can try something new. In the things that you do on a routine basis.

In many instances it may require stepping outside of your comfort zone. But, it’s going to ultimately have the effect of expanding your horizons and giving you an opportunity to build new skills or to experience new things that are going to increase the gratification and the enjoyment that you get out of each and every day. So, what I would like to do is, I would like for you to commit to learning or doing or experiencing one new thing every month. So what this will do is it’ll give you an opportunity to, kind of, have some time to pre-plan it and think about something that you’d really like.

Something that maybe you’ve never done before or that you’ve always said, as your driving through your local town, someday I wanna go do that or someday I’m going to try that new restaurant or that new experience or something along those lines. Now, I said try one new thing a month. Now, once you get comfortable with this, let’s up the ante. Let’s try one new thing a week and this could be something as easy as driving a different way to work everyday or stopping somewhere to look at a view or see the sights of something that you normally would buzz right by everyday. So these are not necessarily doing something new as to being like this big, major life changing thing but, it’s the little things. And it’s the things that you can incorporate into your day, into your week and even into your month that will make all the difference in the world when you try something new and you step out of that comfort zone.
