Is Your Focus On The Positive Or The Negative?

Welcome to the video series that’s all about climbing the ladder of vibration and manifesting the life of your dreams. I’m Stephanie Mulac and today I’m here to tell you to stop focusing.

Oh my God. We work on focusing, plan, strategy and then all of a sudden I come along and I say stop focusing. Well, what I mean to say by this is stop focusing on the wrong things. Stop focusing on what’s not going well in your life, stop focusing on the fears or concerns that you have about something not working out. Stop focusing on the hurdles and the challenges. I want you to take that energy that you put into those things and I want you to shift your focus and I want you to start focusing on the things that have improved, the things that are going right, the things that you can have an effect on as opposed to things that are not in your control. I want you to look at what it is you’re focusing on and if you have the tendency of saying I can never get ahead or I can’t make ends meet or no sooner than I get two steps ahead, I take three steps back.

Putting focus on those things and saying those things and giving words and dynamics to those things in your life is just going to bring more of that into your life. What I want you to focus on is I want you to focus on the fact that you’re here watching this. That you got up and out of bed this morning and you opened your eyes and it’s another glorious day. Or that maybe even if you aren’t feeling well and you stayed in bed that you’re still here to see another day and our paths have crossed. And I’m putting this notion out there into your head that what you want to do is to focus on the positive. And we say so often to not focus on the negative and focus on the positive, but it’s really true because these are the things that are going to take you from this low level of vibration and move you out of that state into a higher level of energy and positivity. And as soon as you do that, it’s going to release the floodgates of other positive things coming into your life and other positive actions and reactions that you’re gonna have from the people around you and your immediate surroundings.

So when I talk about not focusing, let’s make it this way: let’s not focus on the negative, let’s focus on the positive. Find five things and okay, even if you can’t find five things, give me one or two things in the comments below that are positive things that you can say about where you are at this point in time. This exact moment in time that you’re watching this. Tell me something positive and then do that every single day and watch how much things turn around. I guarantee it.
