Having A Bad Day? Turn It Around With This Simple Tip

Welcome to the video series that’s all about climbing the ladder of vibration and manifesting the life of your dreams. I’m Stephanie Mulac, and today, we are going to be talking about shifting energy.

Now, before we talk about shifting the energy, I want you to just do a little exercise for me and think about maybe the funniest thing that has happened to you over the last 30 days. Just something that gave you a big, hearty, belly laugh. It could have been something that a pet did. It could have been something that a little child did that touched your heart and warmed your heart and you just got a big chuckle out of. Or it could have been something that you read or saw online or on TV. I mean, just anything in the past 30 days of your life that represents a big, hearty chuckle.

Now, what we’re going to talk about is, we’re going to talk about those times in your life where you’re at an energy low, and we may not always realize why or what the circumstances are. We may wake up, as they say, on the wrong side of the bed. We may have our coffee in the morning and everything’s going well, until you spill it and the cereal spills and somebody knocks over the milk jug, and whatever the case might be, and then all of a sudden, that energy drain happens. Or, throughout the course of your day, you’ve just had a series of things that are zapping you of your energy. Now, it’s a tumbling effect. If you don’t do anything about it to stop it in its tracks, then you’re going to just have that happen over and over and over again, that it’s going to bring you lower and lower in your energy until you do something to snap yourself out of it.

So now, we’re going to go back to that funny chuckle that happened to us over the last 30 days. I want you, the next time the milk jug spills or somebody at the office does something that just grates on your nerves, to stop yourself and immediately reflect back to that funny little chuckle. And whether it’s a visual or even if you associate a color with the joke or the activity or something, or you see the picture of the pet in your mind, just hold that very close to you. And every time you feel that energy drop, utilize this little technique where you immediately think of that funny thing, and it’s going to kind of shift you out of that negative energy and bring you back to a positive state. And if you do this over and over again, when you’re having one of those challenging days, you’re going to find that your day turns around and turns positive in ways that are better than you could even imagine. So keep that funny moment in your head.
