Welcome to the video series that’s all about climbing the ladder of vibration and manifesting the life of your dreams. I’m Stephanie Mulac and today we’re going to be talking about allowing grief.
Now I’m not really talking about grief in the sense of how you might be grieving if someone has passed away or something along those lines, although that certainly is something that could apply to what we’re going to talk about. What I’m talking about more are situations where you have that frustration, or maybe you had your sights set on something that didn’t materialize and you feel a sense of loss. It’s really any type of situation where you feel that something has eluded you that was previously felt to be obtainable or you’ve had a loss of something that is meaningful for you.
Now in those situations, sometimes society tells us to buck it up, to just brush it off, don’t let it get you down, and that it’s wrong to express emotion about it because it’s feeding into that notion that so many people have, is that the world has to revolve around everything always going right and that we are not allowed to ever experience a failure. We’re not allowed to ever experience negativity or any of these things that will sometimes stop us in our tracks.
Well I’m here to tell you go head and experience it. Shed a tear, get upset, express frustration, get mad. Whatever the emotion is at the loss that you’ve experienced, go ahead and let it out, because holding it in is going to be the thing that’s going to carry it with you forward into the future. Whereas, if you just have that moment that you’re like “Okay I’m just gonna sit here and I’m just going to let it out,” then you can move along, you can move forward and move on with your day move on with your week, with your life, with a plan, whatever it is that this moment of grief or moment of loss has stopped you in your tracks. And you will find that it’s easier to work through it than suppress it and deny that it has happened.
It is something that will happen. There’s going to be highs and lows in your life. When you hit one of those lows, it’s okay to react to it. It’s not okay to dwell on it. It’s not okay to get mired in the muck and to let it pull you down and pull you underwater, but it’s perfectly fine to acknowledge it, and say “You know what, this stinks,” and react to it and then move on. When you successfully do this, you’re going to find that things move forward at such a rapid speed for you and you will be manifesting your dreams in no time at all.
