Did You Remember To Leave Time For...Yourself?

Welcome to the video series that’s all about climbing the ladder of vibration and manifesting the life of your dreams. I’m Stephanie Mulac, and today, we are talking about not filling up every minute of your day.

So, what do I mean by this? Well, whether you’re a parent, whether you’re a career person, an entrepreneur, whether you’re talking about interactions with your spouse and taking care of a household, whatever the case might be, human nature tells us that we have so many hours in a day and we oftentimes look to fill each and every single one of those hours with something.

I’m going to get up in the morning, I’m going to take my shower, I’m going to make breakfast, I’m going to get dressed and get ready for work, I’m going to drive to work, I’m going to do this when I get to work. And it’s like that throughout the entire day, into the entire evening. Now, what I’m suggesting to you is you don’t have to fill up every moment of that day of yours.

Take a block of a half an hour and schedule nothing. Nothing other than just sitting and being at peace with yourself, and perhaps just kicking back. And don’t have the tendency of saying: “yes, during this time I’m going to read a book or I’m going to polish silverware, or I’m going to do this or do that”. Just schedule time to literally do nothing and be one with yourself. Because it’s in those quiet periods of reflection and of time spent in literally just relaxing and doing nothing that maybe some of your most brilliant brainstorms will come to you, or maybe it’s just that you need to rest and relax and recharge your batteries.

Regardless of what it is, that time doing nothing gives you an opportunity to have peace and tranquility, and to experience things that you otherwise are not going to experience if you’re rushing through your day and moving from point A to point B at full tilt, and never taking any time for yourself.
