Are You Limiting Your Own Potential?

Welcome to the video series that’s all about climbing the ladder of vibration and manifesting the life of your dreams. I’m Stephanie Mulac and today we are talking about never saying never.

Now, what do I mean by this? Well, there’s a lot of times in our lives we will make definitive statements and say I would never allow such and such to happen to me. Or I would never do that. Or I would never be able to go hiking and do a five-mile hike. Or I would never be able to have the stamina to be able to workout every day. Or I would never be able to put up with something in a particular relationship. There’s so many things that throughout the course of our adult life, we fix opinions about.

And what I am here to tell you today is an attempt to actually broaden your horizons, widen your perspectives on things, and put yourself in other people’s shoes. Or things that you would look at, around your environment and say: “I would never do such and such”. And to understand that maybe someday you would. Maybe you feel that exercise is not your thing and you can’t even imagine starting an exercise regimen, but then maybe you have a health challenge that suddenly comes along and your doctor tells you, that you really don’t have a choice.

You have to get in better shape and you have to find something that works for you. So, when you said that you would never be able to do any type of an exercise regimen, maybe you didn’t realize what was to come further down the line. And also, maybe what you are defining in your head, as something you would never be able to do, like lifting weights and working out on an elliptical machine. Whereas exercise could take the form of yoga, exercise could take the form of riding a bike through the park.

Exercise could take so many other forms, that maybe that initial thing that you said that you would never do, all of the sudden, when you pull that barrier down, and you remove never from your frame of reference in your mindset, and start riding a bike every day. Then, all of a sudden one morning you get up and you can’t go ride that bike and you’re like, wow, I was really looking forward to that. I miss it. Now it’s suddenly a habit and it’s something that I enjoy. And you’ve shifted from I would never, to I can’t imagine not doing it.

And there’s so many things in your life that could take on these never type of statements. But when you lower your resistance and allow for the possibility that never may not necessarily be forever. Something could change and you could embrace something that at one point in your life you couldn’t imagine ever doing, but at a totally different point in different circumstances, you would be totally open to it.
