Are You Also Letting Your Morning Thoughts Ruin Your Day?

Welcome to the video series that’s all about climbing the ladder of vibration and manifesting the life of your dreams. I’m Stephanie Mulac and today, we’re talking about the first thing you should do every morning before your feet ever hit the ground.

Now, what is it? It’s thinking about the positive things in life that you want to accomplish that day, that you’ve accomplished previously or anything that makes you happy. And the reason that I bring this up is because a lot of times, when we have a lot of things going on in our life and maybe you’re going through particular stress over a situation. Whether it’s financial, whether it’s health, whether it’s spouse, regardless of what it might be, when you first wake up in the morning, before you even sit up or get out of bed, a lot of times, you get hit with that flood of emotions of: oh my God, this situation is still here, I’m waking up to all the same bills I went to sleep with the night before. I’m waking up with the same problems or the struggles or the challenges. And you start thinking about all of these.

Now, how do you think that sets your day up from an energetic standpoint and from the level that you’re vibrating on? It’s bringing you down to a low level one because you are thinking about all of these things that are not right with the world, not right with your world. And that’s how you’re kicking off your day. As opposed to forcing yourself to not dwell on these things in the first 10 to 15 minutes when you’re awake and conscious every morning.

Think about the happy things. Think about positive things, the things you’re grateful for, your gratitude. All of these types of things. Let those things run through your head as you sit up, stand up and take those first steps of the day because that is what you’re going to carry with you from every other step you take for the rest of the day. I guarantee, it’s going to shift your vibration, take you up to level two and level three so much faster and make such a difference in what you’re manifesting.
